Same-day in most of the GTA if you book before 11 a.m., otherwise next-day. Outside the GTA we usually offer a window within 24–48 hours. The available pickup windows are shown on your quote.

Submit a few photos through our quote form. Our pricing tool returns a fair estimate within minutes; a human reviews it before the email lands in your inbox. The total you see — including HST — is exactly what you pay.

Never until after we've picked up. When you accept the quote we place a temporary authorisation hold on your card. The charge is captured only after our crew completes the pickup. If you cancel before we arrive, the hold is released and you owe nothing.

Ontario HST (13%) is calculated on top of the subtotal and shown as a separate line on every quote and invoice. Once we're registered with the CRA, our HST/GST number appears on every invoice as required by law.

We currently serve Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, Ottawa, London, Markham, Vaughan and Kitchener. If you're in a nearby city, get in touch — we may be able to dispatch from a neighbouring crew.

Hazardous waste (paint, solvents, fuels, asbestos), medical waste, ammunition or firearms, and anything that needs more than two crew members to move safely. Old propane tanks, tires, and most appliances are fine. If you're unsure, mention it in your quote description and we'll tell you upfront.

Reusable items go to local charity partners and donation centres. Recyclables are sorted at our depot. Only what's genuinely unusable goes to landfill — usually under 20% of a typical load.

You're welcome to be, but you don't have to be. We can pick up unattended as long as we have clear access. Just leave a note at the door or with building management.

On arrival our crew gives you an updated estimate based on what they see. You can accept, decline, or ask us to take part of the load. We never start work without you OK'ing the final number.

Yes — we carry general commercial liability insurance. If our team causes damage during the pickup, we cover repair or replacement up to the policy limits stated in our Terms.

Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Photos are deleted within 30 days of pickup. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Yes. Commercial cleanouts, end-of-lease, post-renovation debris, retail merchandise disposal — same flow as residential. For ongoing accounts (e.g. property managers handling several units), email info@garbagetogo.ca for net-30 terms.
